What are digital printables?
Digital printables are professionally designed templates that you can edit yourself in Canva. Once customized, you can download the files and either print them or send them digitally.
Depending on the product, files may be available as:
- JPG
- PNG
- MP4
No physical items are shipped.
How does the process work?
- Purchase your chosen template
- Download the PDF with your Canva access link
- Open the template in Canva
- Edit the design with your own information
- Download your completed files
- Print your design or share it digitally

What is Canva?
Canva is a free online design platform that allows you to customize templates directly in your browser. You do not need to install software or purchase special programs.
With Canva you can:
- edit wording
- change colors
- move elements
- upload photos
- download in multiple formats
Do purchased templates expire?
No. Your purchased templates remain available for personal use and do not have an expiration date.
What do I receive after ordering?
After purchase you will receive:
- a PDF with the Canva template link
- a PDF with editing instructions
All products are digital downloads only.
How are my files delivered?
Your download links become available immediately after checkout and are also sent to your email address.
If you cannot locate the email, please check:

Which parts of the template can I edit?
Most templates can be customized completely inside Canva.
You can usually:
- edit text
- change fonts
- adjust colors
- move items
- resize text
- upload your own images
If certain elements cannot be changed, this will be mentioned in the product description.
Can I print the files at home?
Yes. Home printing works well for many templates, especially smaller print sizes.
For best results, use good quality cardstock and printer settings.
Can I use a professional print shop?
Yes. You can take your downloaded files to:
- local print shops
- office supply stores
- online printing companies
For signs and large displays, foam board backing is recommended to help keep the sign sturdy and upright.
Do I need additional software?
No extra software is required.
You only need:
- internet access
- a browser
- a free Canva account
Everything is edited directly online.

Which paper type works best?
For the best print quality, I recommend using cardstock between 100–150 GSM at minimum, as regular printer paper can feel too thin for invitations and party stationery.
Most print shops offer a variety of paper and cardstock options. If you are printing locally, it can be helpful to request a sample print first to check the colors, finish, and paper quality before printing larger quantities.
If you are using an online printing service, consider ordering a sample pack to compare different paper textures and finishes. For a more premium and luxurious look, many customers prefer heavier cardstock around 250–300 GSM.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because all products are digital downloads, refunds and exchanges cannot be offered once files have been downloaded.
Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Can I change the template size?
Templates are generally created in fixed dimensions to preserve the design layout.
If you need another size, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Do you ship physical products?
No. All items are digital products delivered electronically.
Can I use the designs commercially?
No. All templates are licensed for personal use only.
You may not:
- resell the templates
- share the files
- redistribute the designs
- claim the artwork as your own
- use parts of the designs in new products
